changing apache's signature

Is it possible to change apache's signature? It's because when I use, it detects:

The site is running Apache/1.3.23 (Unix) (Red-Hat/Linux) mod_ssl/2.8.7 OpenSSL/0.9.6b DAV/1.0.3 PHP/4.1.2 mod_perl/1.26 on Linux

Can this be changed or blocked?

Check the ServerSignature directive in your httpd.conf file.

The info that NetCraft detected could also be in the HTTP requests that your server exchanged with NetCraft... I'm not sure how to change those.
