armed assailant.. i have a question about your question... 1) are you talking about the LINUX boot screen or your computer's bootscreen itself? like my computer [its a gateway] and whe i first turn it on... it shows the UGLY gateway logo ... then lilo pops up and everythings all nice and blue. . . im not sure whether you can control that starting screen [my gateway logo...]... im also a bit of a newb in this area but maybe its stored on your bios/hardware and not on your HD? ... well i hope i was helpful/informative... i know that theres ways to change the other startup screens though... i havent checked but you might want to see [or what was the site?] or [i think tey also have those kinda things...] for projects like that... well good luck on your quest! id like to kill the gateway cow too !
