Change gnome-xchat change channel hotkey

The default hotkey in gnome-xchat appears to be ctrl + alt + page up / page down. I do not like this at all as it's inconvenient to reach for this combination. I would like to change it to something more convesnient like ctrl + shift + windows key + j for down and ctrl + shift + windows key + k for up. This way I can switch without picking up my hands from the keyboard. What can I say, vim's got me in love with the homerow keys. Anybody know how I can change this hotkey?
