Change Fedora Login Screen to KDE login screen
I was wondering if anyone could help me in changing the default graphical login screen under fedora core 2. I can change the graphical login screen in GNOME, but my options are very limited - I would like to be able to change it in KDE using the KDE Control Center (>System Administration>Login Manager) Any changes I make in KDE are useless and result in the same graphical login screen that I choose in GNOME - which is the BlueCurve Default.
Thanks in advance. |
Edit /etc/sysconfig/desktop and add the following line:
DISPLAYMANAGER=KDE If will change the greeter from gdm to kdm. Then you can configure kdm in Kde's Control Center -> System Administration -> Login Manager. HTH |

Thank you for helping me out on that one. Works like a charm. Thanks again.
