Change default windowmaker theme.

I'm using wmaker as the window manager in a multiuser environment. How do I change the default wmaker theme for all users. I tried changing the /usr/share/WindowMaker/Themes/Default.style to the one which I had. But this dosen't seem to work. Changing in each users home directory is not a feasible option. We have almost 400 users. I'm using Redhat Enterprise Server 3. Please help me out.

Thanks a lot.
