Change default directory in Apache2

Now that Apache was eliminated the httpd file, I am completely lost. Where is the configuration? How do I simply chage the default directory where the web files are stored?

Change the /etc/apache2/sites-available/default file to point to somewhere else.

or alternativly, if it isn't already in your apache2.conf file add this line
Include /etc/apache2/httpd.conf
once you've done that you can just make or use a good old httpd.conf file for your user conf settings

(this is already in the /etc/apache2 dir and the conf file in debian sarge btw)
