CertiTax program error

I am installing a program called certitax via the shell. After configuration I try to run the startup script and I get this error:

Quote:
ATTEMPTING SSL Connection to: esalestax.net:19108…Socket Error: unable to create listen on port 5280 Address already in use
Java.net.BindException: Address already in use
at java.net.PlainSocketImpl.socketBind(Native Method)
at java.net.PlainSocketImpl.bind(PlainSocketImpl.java:331)
at java.net.ServerSocket.bind(ServerSocketImpl.java:318)
at java.net.ServerSocket.<init> (ServerSocket.java:185)
at java.net.ServerSocket.<init> (ServerSocket.java:97)
at com.esalestax.certitax.Client.run(Client.java:274)
Connection Succeeded
I entered 'netstat -l' to see a list of listening ports, 5280 is listening and the 'foreign address' field has *:* in it.

I am behind a firewall, I sent instructions to my hosting management company to configure the firewall as the certitax instructions stated. However, I did not do it myself, should I confirm the changes were made correctly?

Any ideas why this is happening?

I am getting this error for every port I try to use. I think it is a permissions problem with java being able to connect to ports.

Does anybody know how I can set the correct java permissions to use this client?
