I have CentOS i have just installed i can access port 80 but i cant access port 25(SMTP)i can get to it using "telnet localhost 25".
my system-config-securitylevel-tui settings are:
Security level = enabled
SElinux = enforcing
trusted devices = eth0
masquerade devices = eth0

but when i try to telnet smtp it fails.

If you are running sendmail, by default it only listens to the localhost address, if you want it to listen to all interfaces you need to configure it to do so.
