Welcome to LQ.

* Please do never remove system packages ...

You can use a rescue cd, or the CentOS live cd to reinstall the fontconfig package.
32bits http://mirror.centos.org/centos/6.7/...5.el6.i686.rpm
64bits http://mirror.centos.org/centos/6.7/...el6.x86_64.rpm

It's still the same version as you had for CentOS 6.5 : fontconfig-2.8.0-5
No updates since 27-May-2014 for fontconfig.

bad news VERY BAD NEWS!!!!!!
you are basically almost FUBAR'ed

one of two things happened
after you ran "yum remove fontconfig"

you IGNORED!!!!!! the WARNING!!!!! about also uninstalling 325 more packages
and you answered "yes" and you UNINSTALLED basically most of the OS .

or

you DID not include in your post that you used the "-y" option
( the YES to EVERYTHING and DO NOT INFORM ME FIRST OPTION )
if you used this
-- NEVER!!! NEVER !!! DO THIS!!!
Code:
yum -y remove fontconfig
you would NEVER SEEN the warning about this

you uninstalled
ALL of the gnome desktop and xfce and kde,and lxde, and so on
ALL of Xorg
the boot display manager "plymouth"
all of the "system-config-?????" tools

325 packages were removed

now you should be able to use the install dvd in "rescue "mode and read the /var/log/yum.log using the terminal text editor "nano"
and reinstall everything from that long list
