centos 6.4 irq errors /var/log/messages kernel

putting up a new system and getting these messages sent to /var/log
Any explanation would be appreciate

The hda-intel error is 2 hours earlier, so probably unrelated.

The "No IRQ" means that something enabled a hardware interrupt without installing a handler for it, which is ungood.
The following error suggests that it happened 16 more times and that it is likely your sound card driver which is the culprit. See if you can get an updated driver.

If your sound card driver came with the kernel and you have no way to update, post specifics of your audio hardware and what distro and release you are on.
