CentOS 5.2 x86 64 install situation with RAID1
I'm beginner of CentOS from Japan.
I installed CentOS 5.2 x86 64 from DVD on CB700 chip set with setting RAID1. Install was successful and same data was written on two disks. This is that CentOS kernel recognized CB700 BIOS RAID1, I think. But I rebooted CentOS from MBR and grub displayed a list of boot sequence of grub.conf and then stopped after 'kernel'. For a test, I canceled BIOS RAID1 and saw the content of mirrored disk. There is no file in /boot folder. Why aren't these kernel files written in mirrored disk? Without these copies, booting from mirrored disk when an obstacle is impossible, and normal booting too, I think. Does somebody solve this situation?
My mother board is using AMD 780G chip set (including CB700).
