Okay, this seems to be a reoccuring issue in which no one seems to know any idea how to fix.

I currently using my Sprint PCS LG PM-225 cellphone as a modem for web access on a computer running WinXP. It works great and I love it. MY problem is that my computer is ever so slow, so I've built up another (faster) computer running Fedora Core 4 and I'm hoping to make the system a dual boot with WinXP.

The software I installed from 3g cables to allow this type of access doesn't work in FC4 (surprise, surprise).

MY question: are any software programmes or modules that can allow me to use my cell phone as a usb-type modem. any at all? I was told that I was pretty much SOL and after much research it seems that I am.

But others have done it. There has to be something out there!
