Celestia Troubles

I have installed Celestia. It's a great program, but I have one problem with it. It works fine for every planet in the Solar System, I can look at them, spin them around and so on, until I try it with Earth. As soon as Earth gets within rendering distance, I loose all textures, on all planets, and in fact on everything, and my text turns into blocks.
Has anyone else had this problem? The textures are in the right directory.
I have DRI enabled, and 64MB on my graphics card, which is an SiS730.
