Cedega and mount -o loop

I'm installing Battlefield 2 from a back up, .iso file I made before I lost my disk... I'm using Cedega 5.1.1 and Mandriva 2006.

Installation goes fine, installed using the Mounted .iso. everything works.. I Hit Play with the .iso mounted with mount -o loop -t iso9660 home/soulxcavtor/battlefield2.iso and it says Please insert CD to play.

How can I get cedega or battlefield to read the mounted image instead of looking for a disk?

Thanks !!

Presumably by using a proper disk not a mounted one, games are not suposed to be mounted, they dont care whether you lose it or not, it menas you have to buy another one, which is good news to them (especially EA).

There are other means but you wont be able to play multi player i imagine, and single player sucks :P

Well, i bought one and I have the recipet to prove it.. My friend lost my disk and I had made a backup in .iso format... I Play it in windows all the time with a cd emulator. So no its not a good thing for them, it probably even hurts them in the long run...

I Dont want multiplayer .. Just good old single player

Any way to get this to work?

Is this not possible to mount loop a .iso from battlefield 2 .iso and run bf2 through cedega? It says Insert battlefield 2 install disk, but I burned that same image direct from my install disk 2 months ago... my brain hurts and my girlfriend hates me because I'm constantly trying to get BF2 to work... Any IdeaS?
