cdrw perms

ok im gonna try this one more time, no one can tell me whaqts wrong. whenever i try to copy a cd in k3b it says cant open device /dev/sr0, but i can burn audio cds from mp3s. but it works when i use sudo or run it as root, but i dont want to have to do this. ive tried adding my user to the disks groups and chmodding the devics to 777 and i messed around with fstab soem and i cant figure it out at all. also i cant rip anything from ripperX. it says cdrom detected but not accessible or something. can anyone please shed some light on this. like i said all fo these things work as root but i want my user to be able to do them
