cdrom does not read all files

Hi there:
I have a slight problem with gentoo. I put a cd on my drive, but when I try to list the files, it does not list all of the files. Do I have to change something in the /etc/fstab file? I tried the cdrom as auto and as iso9660, but none worked properly.
Thanks in adavance

What is the format of the CD? Is it audio or data? Was it created on Linux, Windows, or Mac?

It's a data cd, it was created with windows from a bin + cue file. I checked and the real problem is not that ot does no list all the files, the problem is thatit list them incorrectly.
The file should say installMapleLinuxSU, but it only reads installm.apl.
This only happens when I read it under gentoo, I read it under w2k and SuSE and had no problems
Thanks

There is an "unhide" keyword for the options field of /etc/fstab. (see "man fstab" for more)

Hope it helps.

"The file should say installMapleLinuxSU, but it only reads installm.apl."

You may not have Joliet file extensions compiled into the gentoo kernel.
