cdrecord: Input/output error. write_g1?


I am trying to burn Knoppix to a CD. Whenever I try to burn it (I've tried three times), this happens:

Any idea what's wrong? I've tried using different brands of CD-Rs but that didn't help.

What's the "-pad" used for? Burn it with "-nopad" or "pad=0"
