cdex help


ok, i just untared cdex beta 4.0. and there is no read me, fag, or install document. wondering if anyone you guys new to install it off hand here. The cdex page hasn't anything about it eitber. Apparently source is new to CDex.

Are you talking about CDex, the Windows-only (AFAIK) CD ripper program? If so I suggest you go with a Linux program instead. Grip provides the same functionality and is very neat.

hmm, maybe grip won't do

does it rip to mp3? i changed the extentions in the program to mp3 and they came out the size of wav files. So does this tool only rip to wav?

Yes, it does. Install Lame and configure Grip to use it.
