cd burner


hi
can anyone provide me with a cd burner rpm for redhat 7.2 please? i have an atapi cd burner not scsi if that makes a difference which i was told it does but i'm a nOOb and don't know much
thank you

Try reading this one ... it explains why
IDE or SCSI doesn't really make a
difference ...

As for "burning programs": I'd dare to bet
that RH 7.2 had at least ONE with it :)

ya see i thought that it did as well but its not here i remember the last time i was using redhat a while ago i had to find it online somewhere and install it but i can't remember what it was called or where i found it or how to do it :/ cuz i'm a pothead and i don't remember anything hehe

You want cdrecord which is a great commandline tool, and you may want a graphical frontend like Gtoaster or X-CD-Roast.
