Capturing User Actions

HI

I'm trying to find some software, which similar to Camtasia, captures every mousemovement and keystroke a user makes while using the computer.
preferably being as unobstructive as possible, but that is really not the main concernt ...

i have googled, but not found anything good

LOL

well that'd be a starting point, but much rather i need something that also captures mouse movements.

Camtasia for Windows, generates an AVI of what the user does, which is excellent, and a friend is using that for his honours thesis, ironically i own that program copy (so the license, ... whatever). But i don't have any way of using it ...

We were looking at VNC, and using it, but my quest for a VNC server hasn't gone good yet either. ...
