Captive NTFS-still can't write Please help

Hello,
As root I have installed captive and ran the acquire program. I now have a /mnt/captive no name/
i got captive for I could read/write my ntfs windows partition. I am having trouble getting it to work. I have the proper ntfs.sys file on my linux drive and such. Please help me guys this is driving me crazy because I dont want to have to reformat my windows partition for I can have more hard drive space. Unless I could resize my NTFS partition without loosing all the data on it and using part of it as fat32. Is that possible? Just currious guys I am a newbie still.

Thanks,

Dustin

If you upgraded winxp to sp2 then you're going to have a problem. However there is a workaround. Have a look at the links below.
