Hiya,
I have mandy 9.1. I downloaded the fluxbox rpm from the fluxbox site...the one for mandy. I double click the file I downloaded and it comes up saying its already installed...

So I did a which fluxbox and a find fluxbox and nothing comes up...

But it says its installed.... so what do i need to do to run it?

Thanks.

Bohh

actually you should append that to the file just in case it already exists...and maybe there is stuff in there that you dont' want to lose and redo
use >> instead of >
> ___ will overwrite the contents and just insert the echo line
>> ___ will append it to the end of the file.

If you get problems with Translation.m - "invalid character, message ignored" you can open up the file FLUX_SOURCE_DIR/nls/Makefile and edit the line that begins with SUBDIRS. Simply remove the NLS entries you don't need - most people only use one or two languages anyway. Then simply try to compile it (make) again, it should work OK.

I have drastically shortened the list of supported locales, here it is for reference:
Code:
SUBDIRS = C  sv_SE
Håkan
