cant install coppermine image gallery
i have put the copermine folder in the html folder and CHMOD 777 on it but when i open my browser to insatll it i get the error:
You dont have permision to access /cpg144/install.php on this server.
any help will be gretaly appreciated as am at the end of my wits with this.

yes i did chmod 755 for directory, chmod 777 for folders "albums" and "include" as asked in install directions

but actually i think what i need to do is configure the user "nobody" to run the installer since apache runs as user "nobody" but i dont know how to do this. since i even tried logging in as root but i still got the same error message when i run the installer from my browser.
If you can guide me on how to edit the settings for "nobody" to allow my browser to run the installer i think that would work what do you think, and thanks for the help.
