[SOLVED] Cant install apps from CentOS 7.4 in GNOME

i get this error when i try to install any app in gnome from the application store

Detailed errors from the package manager follow:

installing not available

anyone know how to fix this? i mean i dont even know where to begin lol

I should prob say this as well

i installed cent os 7.4 minimal, then installed cpanel, then installed GNOME GUI + Graphics Administrative Tools

but none of the apps i cant download them within gnome.. i have a feeling this is a repo problem or something? any assist?
