Cant find the .bin file on my newly installed programms!!

I use Fedora Core 4 and I have a little problem. When i have installed a new program, for example Bittorrent, i cant find the files!! And when I search for it i only get pictures and text files but not the .bin file. And it isnt any shortcut icons any where either. Can someone help me with my problems! // Daniel

check the directory

/usr/bin

BTW, Bittorrent is usually started automatically when you begin to download a torrent file.

all the other files like btdownloadcourses.py are there but the .bin file isnt. And when i want to open a torrent file Bittorrent doesnt open either.

The .py files are the ones you want to run... there is no .bin file.

providing you have python installed and btdownloadcurses.py is in your path you should just be able to type btdownloadcurses.py and it will run.
