cant find gtk.h

Hi everybody,

I am trying to install SULU ( Samsung Uproar Linux Utility) in Mandrake 10 and I am getting this :
[sulu-0.17]# make
usr/bin/gcc -c -Wall `gtk-config --cflags` main.c
/bin/sh: line 1: gtk-config: command not found
main.c:33:21: gtk/gtk.h: No such file or directory
main.c:36:18: popt.h: No such file or directory
In file included from main.c:38:
main.h:56: error: parse error before "Delete_event"
main.h:56: error: parse error before '*' token

What am I missing ?

Thanks,
m_m
