Cannot run ./configure (Qt error message)

Good evening all!

I've been trying to google my problem but unfortunately couldn't find something I can use.
Here it is my issue:
I'm trying to install Baghira on KDE and I'm stuck at the step where I have to do
./configure --enable-final
.
after running for a while and checking all the dependencies, it ends up with the message:
checking for snprintf... yes
checking for X... libraries /usr/lib, headers .
checking for IceConnectionNumber in -lICE... yes
checking for libXext... yes
checking for pthread_create in -lpthread... yes
checking for extra includes... no
checking for extra libs... no
checking for libz... -lz
checking for libpng... -lpng -lz -lm
checking for libjpeg6b... no
checking for libjpeg... -ljpeg
checking for perl... /usr/bin/perl
checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.0 and < 4.0) (headers and libraries) not found. Please check your installation!
For more details about this problem, look at the end of config.log.
I checked my Qt installation and I have as follows:
[root@dantuxfedora ~]# rpm -qa | grep qt
qt-3.3.8-1.fc6
qt4-devel-4.3.1-3.fc6
qtparted-0.4.5-12.fc6
qt4-x11-4.3.1-3.fc6
avahi-qt3-0.6.16-4.fc6
qt4-4.3.1-3.fc6
I'm using Fedora Core 6 on an IBM ThinkCentre machine.

I wouldn't write about a Baghira specific topic if I thought it's only related to this. I've seen forums where the same error showed up during various installations. So must be something general, right? Sorry... just thinking out loud here.
If anyone is able to help me, please throw me a line. Thanks!

Dantux.

You don't have the qt3 devel package installed, only the qt4 one.

P.S. If you're using SuSE, you should be able to use something like the Smart Package Manager and just get it out of one of the repositories.

Hmm... didn't notice that. I was assuming that qt4 devel would include the previous version. Thanks manwichmakesameal!
I'll give that a try. I'm not using SuSE, but Fedora Core (RedHat clone). So I'll try to find a way.
