Cannot login anymore sftp-server

Hi, I was trying to configure something and deleted /usr/lib/sftp-server. Now I can't seem to login as "ted" anymore. I can still login as root. When I try to SFTP from WinSCP, I get
Quote:
Cannot initialize SFTP protocol. Is the host running a SFTP server?
Thanks,
Ted

Code:
ted:x:1000:1000:Ted:/home/ted:/bin/bash
now I can login,
Thanks. But I have another question in the other thread.
