Cannot find sar, mpstat, iostat etc. on RedHat 8

Hi,

I installed RedHat 8.0 on my box. Everything seems to be working fine. However, I cannot find sar, mpstat, iostat executables. It seems that they are not installed.

What do I need to do in order to get these executables on my box.

Thanks!

Got it.

Hi,

I resolved the issue. sar, iostat etc are part of sysstat package.
I downloaded the package from:

http://www.redhat.com/swr/i386/sysst....7-3.i386.html

After installing the package, sar/iostat etc all work now.

Thanks.
