cannot find dependent files for Mplayer for CentOS-3(redhat el-3?)

I am new to linux, so I really don' know much.

I was trying to install an mplayer on CentOS-3 (which I think is the same as redhat enterprise-3?), using rpm, and I had a few dependent files missing. I have not been able to locate any files for download for mplayer-1.0-0.11.pre5.1.el3

Some of the files I think will be provided by Divx4linux, but I had a missing file for that too.
