I just recently switched from Windows XP to Linux, SuSE9.2 Professional (64bit installation).
I was installing VMware Workststion 4.5 for Linux to run a WindowsXP guest operating system, but the installation requires the c header files of my linux kernel. The header files i have are from an outdated kernel and will not work. I am currently using the kernel 2.6.8-24.10 and the header files i heave are from version 2.6.8-24-default.
Does anyone know where to find these kernel source files or how to create them? I have looked at the suse updates server and the RPM to install the kernel source still only installs 2.6.8-24-default which the install will not accept. Please help m eand thavk you all.

??? That would be pretty darned odd since i'm using the same kernel and it installed the matching kernel sources right along with it. You must have gotten a faulty download or something...
