Cannot display thai character through client with Samba

Hi

I am implementing a PDC with Samba that is packaged with RH9. Everything seems to be working fine, the only problem I am having is that the W2K clients are not able to place thai-named files on to the Samba shares. Samba just kept converting the thai characters into numbers and other characters.

I have read up in the internationalization section of the Samba guide, but still not sure how to make it work.

Any help would be much appreciated.
