Unhappy cannot access yast or yum ...

because i receive the following error message:

X Fehler - KDE-su
su hat einen Fehler gemeldet

X error - KDE-su
su reported an error

it was fine until i changed something in user permissions ... i still can switch users and go to the root-desktop, but i do not know what setting i need to change to what back ... theo

Ok, when you ask a question you have to give some basic information. What distribution? What version? What architecture? What were the commands you use to get the error? Usually it is easier to cut and paste the entire thing here.

oops ... my apologies ....

i run opensuse 10.3
on a 64 bit machine
i get the error msg when i try to access yast or try to update via yum ..
