Question can this be done ? need help

I am looking for a way to automatically launch a program at a specified time, here is the situation, a live radio brodcast that I want to record starts at 4:00 PM (while I am not at home), it is brodcast over the internet in realaudio , I use vsound to record the stream to to a wav file on my hard drive, while it is being played with realplayer8, I already have this set up and working smoothly, I just need to launch vsound ( which will in turn launch realplayer) at a time when I am not home, any suggestions ? vsound is a command line app.
