update info....the first cd now works...but has a problem with the 2nd cd image.....fatgod can you try to remake the 2nd image as well....? did you install it and it worked? maybe you can tell me a bypass method to get it to work?

You have got to be fscking joking.

Is the installer rejecting the disk? can you view the filesystem on the CD???

I can mount the image OK, I can browse the files on the image? I have not tried to burn the second image though... I will test the 5th disk and it had better bloody well be OK!

more details nyc0n dude, I dont mind uploading the image again though...

Ive completed the install, and the 5th disk worked OK. As far as I can tell it is in the same condition and images 2,3,4,6 and 7. I used cdrecord to create the disks from the images....
