Can samba3-common be used by itself or is server also needed?


Can samba3-common be used by itself or is samba3-server also needed?

Im have common installed but I cant figure out how to start smbd, so I assume that I need server too.

anyone?

I don't know about Mandri..., but in SimplyMEPIS the package samba/samba-common includes the daemons.
