Question Can print documents only with certain fonts

I am running Linux Mint and have installed drivers for Xerox 3100MFP printer.

I can print a test page fine, and also have no problems printing documents that are, for example written with Times new roman. However, when I try printing a document that has one of the fonts that I regulary use, I get an error message (it says something like that an error has occurred processing the document). The issue persists, if I convert the document into Pdf.

Does anybody have any idea what's wrong? How would I be able to fix it?

Thanks a lot!

Hi,

I already have msttcorefotns installed and MS fonts print okay. A lot of other fonts work as well, but some, like Adobe fonts do not.

I think you may have to print adobe files as images until you can fix it.
