Can not authenticated via ThinAnyWhere

Hi all,

I am not sure if I post my question in the right forums so please let me know if I need to change it.

I have setup the OpenLDAP on the RHEL server. The LDAP server is up and running well. LDAP's users can log in on the machine as expected.

Recently, we have to deploy the ThinAnyWhere in attempt to centralize the system. I am not sure what is happening but only local user on the RHEL server can log in via ThinAnyWhere. For LDAP's users, it always pops up the windows with error "Invalid login". I have googled for a while and narrow down the problem maybe due to password hashing.

Does any one here have experience about this? PLease help me. Thanks.

never used either but have you verified that SELinux and IPTables are correctly configured to allow for the remote connection via ThinAnyWhere?

Also as you are running RHEL, it would not hurt to drop them an e-mail, or give em a call depending on your SLA and see what pointers they can provide.
