can I view e-mail files received in Netscape 4.7?
Recently, I looked on a hard drive that was pulled from a broken family computer sometime in 2001 and then forgotten. All the e-mails then stored on it, among other things, are intact, and I want to read them. The problem is, the computer was using Netscape 4.7, and of course I don't have that. Because there are two copies of Netscape there--one that was in use and one folder containing a somehow corrupted version (not deleted, for some reason) there are two sets of e-mails, and I can only read one of them--I can't tell for sure which one, but I assume it goes with the Netscape copy in use. Is there any way, using Linux or Windows (I don't care which), to import those files ending in .SNM (others in that folder have no extension) into a current browser, or failing that, read the files?
