Can I read PGP/GPG mail in my maildir from a SSH shell?

Is there a good command line program that can decrypt PGP/GPG encypted mail from the command line?

Here's my issue:

I recieve an email on my server and it's encrypted with PGP/GPG, I get notification on my WM5 Treo, but I can't read the email because outlook mobile doesn't handle PGP. I can ssh in to the server from my treo and get a shell, but I have no idea where to go from there. I'd rather not have to sift through 4000+ emails from the command line, manually decrypt it to a file and cat or vim it to read the message.

Isn't there an old skool geek out there that still reads his maildir mail messages from the command line and uses PGP/GPG?

You may want to look into mutt. I'm sure there are others too...
