Can I change the format that Evolution reply email?

by default, it will reply like:

On On Mon, 2006-10-02 at 17:43 +0800, Someone wrote:

Hmm, from Evolution FAQ it seems, that this can only be changed when recompiling the whole package... thats too bad...
