tejpatil - as you will have seen from the first response, there is no useful answer to give. It depends on what you want to do, what you feel comfortable doing and what your hardware is.

I would suggest you do some research:
1. this question is asked over and over again on LQ, a Search will show you the responses
2. LQ has a good Review section with a number of distros reviewed
3. Distrowatch has the largest and most comprehensive reviews out - with over a hundred reviewed
3. Finally, go to LinuxISO to get the iso images for your chosen distro.
