Hello,

Does a MP3 file includes a Thumbnail of the album?
are they more hidden data into a mp3, not just music?

Yes, you can embed images in ID3v2 tags (and APE tags too I think).
Look into eyeD3:

would you know an alternative to eyeD3? it could be extracted somehow?
