Can't turn on virtual network.

I am using OpenSUSE Leap 42.2 on a Dell Inspiron 1545.
"Error creating bridge interface 'virbr1': file exists"...
I looked on the Internet for a solution with no luck. Where's the file that exists? How do I remove the file that exists? Or how do I fix this?

That means thew network interface virbr1 exists. You don't need to create it. You just have to bring it up. Try the command
Code:
$ /sbin/ifconfig

Because of the error I just mentioned, I couldn't start the virtual machine on QEMU/KVM.

It looks like it's because I changed the IPv4 and IPv6 from manual to automatic. That must have caused conflict that resulted in the creation of another one(like the original) of the same name that is static.
