that might be an issue for fedora 17 , seeing as it is SO NEW that not many big company's yet fully support it
i would use what is installed BY fedora 17 for use with fedora 17
How are these 4 different printers connected wi-fi ? usb ?, the OLD parallel port ?
or are they Network printers
i would try using the HP in a USB and set that up using the localhost link

have just one printer plugged in and see if that helps
Also not all MS Windows software will work 100% in wine
almost all have problems .

i would dual boot
or
if you have the ram install a VM ( or use KVM ) and run win7 in a virtual environment
unless this is OLD windows software for XP then run XP sp3 in a vm .
