Cool can't install nvidia drivers

Hi all,
I've just installed Redhat 7.3 on my athlon xp 1200 and i would like to install the appropriate drivers for my video card.
I've tried to install NVIDIA_GLX-1.0-4180.tar.gz & NVIDIA_kernel-1.0-4180.tar.gz (downloaded on nvidia website).
Whan i want to make, it fails and i have the following errors:
delay.h:no such file or directory
msr.h:no such file or directory
hardirq.h:no such file or directory
softirq.h:no such file or directory
fixmap.h:no such file or directory

Why do i miss all these header files?
Do i have a package which is too old or do i miss a package?
Please help me!!
Thanks!
