Can't install amarok.

I'm trying to install amarok 1.2 from source because i couldn't found a rpm file; so when i run ./configure, it give me this:

checking for meinproc... /opt/kde3/bin/meinproc
checking for kconfig_compiler... not found
configure: error: The important program kconfig_compiler was not found!
Please check whether you installed KDE correctly.

KDE(3.1) was installed by my distro when i installed it.
I've done a google search and i install kdelibs-3.1.5 but after that everything stop working, so i uninstalled it.

What can i do????

I'm trying with ./configure --prefix=`kde-config --prefix` but it keeps giving me the same error. I've searched and find that i have installed:
kdelibs3-3.1.4-24
kdelibs3-devel-3.1.4-24
