Can't uninstall a program using synaptic manager.
Hi Linux forums,
I have Debian 7.0 (wheezy) installed on my computer. I am having issues with uninstalling a program from Synaptic package manager. The program is called WinFF. When I try to uninstall it / fix broken packages, this happens: Quote:

http://packages.crunchbang.org/waldorf main http://http.debian.net/debian wheezy main contrib non-free http://http.debian.net/debian jessie main I find it strange that it needs to download some things before it can uninstall that program. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advanced. M. |
Your sources.list file looks very strange. If you're running Debian, what's crunchbang doing there? Also why do you have both wheezy and jessie in that file. This is a recipe for disaster. Try reading the manual regarding the correct form of your sources.list file and change it accordingly. This may well solve your problem.

P.S. I'm actually running Crunchbang (with a different desktop environment installed). I think my version of Crunchbang was based off Debian Wheezy. Thanks again. |
My pleasure. We're here to serve. :)
