Question Can't umount usb cdrom drives on diskless client.

Hi !
I have a working Slackware 13.0 diskless system, i can automount usb drives with hal, but i can't umount through thunar or xfce-mount-plugin because it says drive is not mounted (although i see it and can write to it).
Any idea ?

EDIT:
Nothing is wrote in /media/.hal-mtab, but /media/.hal-mtab-lock is created !!!

EDIT:
ln -sf /proc/mounts /etc/mtab
I can umount with thunar, but not with xfce mount plugin.
