Can't set Caps lock under Linux FC 4 using X11 extension library

Dear all my brothers/sisters!

I am new in Linux programming. I want to write simple program that sets keyboard event and I am using X11 extenstion library (XTestFakeKeyEvent function). I tested my program with almost keycode (located in "/usr/X11R6/include/X11/keysymdef.h") and it works well but "XK_Caps_Lock". I met error as bellow:

X Error of failed request: BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation)
Major opcode of failed request: 131 (XTEST)
Minor opcode of failed request: 2 (X_XTestFakeInput)
Value in failed request: 0x0
Serial number of failed request: 11
Current serial number in output stream: 14

Please save your time send me your experience.
Thank you very much!
